The Baby Clothing Line Making Life Softer and More Simple

When my twins were born, we had double everything. Double the diapers. Double the wipes. Double the feedings. If I’m being honest, I don’t remember a whole ton about their first 2 years. It was one big, beautiful whirlwind of chaos and sweet moments all in one!

After a few months with them around (along with their 2-year-old brother), I quickly decided that less is more. We ended up donating so many of the doubles – from bouncers to an excessive amount or headbands, I felt simplifying made things easier for me.

Carters was and is one of my most favorite places to shop for my kids because they have so many lines for babies that coordinate so well. (Sidenote: Did you know Carter’s carries clothing up to size 14 now? Those same twin babies are STILL wearing Carter’s 12 years later!) Their newest “New Baby” line is just what new mamas need – a simplified wardrobe with the ability to mix and match and coordinate. From colors that go well together to beautiful textures that are perfect for baby skin, I’m so impressed with these lines!

Here are a few of my most favorite pieces on the cutest baby model!

This set  is the perfect cotton waffle weave texture. I love it solo, but it also works perfectly for layering on those chilly Fall days! Warm, but not bulky. 

Next up, one piece footed pajamas or as we call them, Sleep & Plays. These are as classic as they come, but still a necessity for any baby. I love that you don’t have to worry about cold toes on those long winter nights or socks when you’re running a quick errand. These are comfy and practical!

Not to mention, the prints and colors are totally darling! Those subtle bears! 

Perfect for a sweet little babe!

I don’t think any baby’s wardrobe is complete without a LOT of bodysuits. There’s a reason why everyone loves them! Not only are they layering perfection, but they also mix and match and coordinate with a variety of bottoms.

If you need a little something to layer over those bodysuits, this incredibly soft jacket and pant set is a fantastic option. I wish you could feel how soft the fabric is!

Plus, if it does get hot at any point, you can remove a layer and still coordinate!

I saved my most favorite outfit for last!

I mean, CAN YOU EVEN? From the overall straps to the soft knit material to the neutral tones. This comfy, but dressier option is perfection. Can’t you just picture this on those chubby baby thighs at Thanksgiving?

I feel like the textures combined make a perfect. soft, baby statement! And again, you can interchange these with different onesies or jackets since the colors are so neutral. I love that! (Less brain power from mom required. )

As I mentioned, we’ve been fans of baby favorites at Carter’s for a really long time and I continue to be impressed. It feels like they’re constantly striving to make life (and dressing) so much more comfortable for baby and mom!
