2-Ingredient Honey Souffle Recipe

  • 2 eggs (separate the whites and yolks)
  • 1/3 cup of honey


Step 1

In two mixing bowls, separate the whites and yolks of two eggs. Add 1/3 cup of honey to the egg yolks and mix it through until well combined. Moving on to the egg whites, get your handheld mixer and beat them until soft peaks form. After this, add the beaten whites to the egg yolk mixture. Fold gently. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F at this point.

Step 2

After gently folding the mixture, distribute it into four ramekins (or any container you have) equally. After this, put them in the oven then turn down the temperature to 375 degrees F. Bake them for ten to twelve minutes.
