- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 3 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- vegetable oil
Fill a pot with vegetable oil and place over heat. Once the oil is hot, get a spoon and dip the spoon in the oil. Scoop a spoonful of the batter and place it into the hot oil. Do this for every scoop so the batter won8217;t stick to the spoon. Make sure to not overcrowd the pot. Fry it for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy. Remove from the pot, then place on a plate with a paper towel to remove some of the oil. Serve while fresh. Enjoy!
